Ocun Oxi S – Climbing Shoes

The Ocun Oxi S was designed for advanced boulders and sport climbers. This shoe is not intended for beginners. This is due to the construction of this high-performance shoe. It has a highly rubberised heel and toe box and is highly asymmetric. The very rubberised toe is designed in such a way as to give you enough room for your toes. Plus, it’s reinforced at the toe as well for solid toe hooks and less strain on your joints. Plus, the thick rubber that goes around the shoe provides additional protection whilst crack climbing and heel hooking, prevents the shoe deforming and provides more power forward.

The CAT Rubber 1.5 compound was designed specifically for climbing at a high level and is considered to be super sticky. Since the shoe is already stiff enough because of the all-rubber rand, the Oxi S has a medium-hard 3D Fit Middle midsole, which serves to provide that much-needed sensitivity for tiny holds.
